1. Introduction to LingvaSfero

LingvaSfero offers a content aggregation service from various information sources. The Application does not produce or edit any original content but allows users to access articles and content from third-party sources.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using LingvaSfero, you fully accept these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the Application.

3. Access and Use of LingvaSfero

LingvaSfero is provided free of charge and does not collect any personal user data. The use of LingvaSfero must comply with applicable laws and respect the rights of third parties.

4. API Usage Restrictions

LingvaSfero interacts with an API developed by us. Unauthorized access to this API is strictly prohibited, including "scraping" or extracting data beyond the scope intended by LingvaSfero. Any attempt to fraudulently use the API may result in sanctions, including access suspension.

5. Responsibilities and Aggregated Content

LingvaSfero aggregates content from third-party sources. We are neither the authors nor responsible for the displayed content. Some content may be shocking, particularly due to the nature of news topics (violence, tragedies, etc.). We disclaim any responsibility regarding the accuracy, truthfulness, or relevance of the displayed content in LingvaSfero.

6. Reporting Illegal or Shocking Content

If a user identifies that a content host accessible via LingvaSfero is violating the law, they can contact us at the following email address: developer@lingvasfero.fr. We will review the request and may take appropriate action, including removing the content from LingvaSfero.

Additionally, if a user considers that content accessible via LingvaSfero is shocking or inappropriate, they can also report it to the same email address. We will assess the report and, if necessary, restrict access to the content.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Users will be informed of any significant updates to the terms.
